Magnificent 5 rooms sunny quiet

The fact that there is no lift in the building needs to be mentioned on the listing. Carrying our luggage up 6 flights of stairs was horrible. Walking up 6 flights of stairs after a long day of walking around in the city was miserable. Most of the sinks and showers did not drain well so either dirty water was splashing back at your face from the sink or you were standing in it in the shower. Plumbers needed to be called into the apartment on our second day while we were not there. There were no hand soaps or shower gel when we arrived and we had to ask for it next day. No proper tea or coffee or sugar/creamer. No compensation offer for the million issues we had.

Hubert is an excellent host he is very responsive, friendly and helpful.The apartment was spacious, clean and well equiped. The location is excellent it is in a vibrant area with many cafe and resterants near by. While there is a lot to do locally and a lot happening in the area it is a quiet apartment. Located close to the metro it is ideal for getting around Paris and sightseeing.Looking forward to returning and exploring more of Paris and the area.

The apartment is perfectly located in Paris with delightful cafes and shops all within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Hubert and Rosa were very accommodating and easy to work with. We would definitely book this apartment again.

Super clean apartment for a fun girls weekend shopping. 5 flights of stairs required two trips to get our bags up but was totally worth it! Communications were timely and provided the right amount of info. Check in was super easy - we appreciated that Hubert allowed us to drop our bags in the apartment before check in time. I would stay here again!

I had a very nice three-night stay. The apartment had everything we needed and was in a perfect location. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and communication with the host was great.
