Magnificent apartment - 2BR-6P - Eiffel Tower

Die Unterkunft ist ausreichend. Es gibt keine richtigen Schränke oder Schubladen für Kleidung. Der Duschlüfter funktioniert nicht und die Dusche ist etwas schimmelig. Die Waschmaschine steht nicht in der Wohnung, sondern im Flur und wird von den anderen Familien mitbenutzt. Sie könnte eine gründliche Reinigung vertragen, da sie ebenfalls schimmelig ist. Die Gegend ist wirklich gut – familienfreundlich und ruhig. Sie liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu RER und U-Bahn.

We enjoyed the apartment for 4 nights. Fortunately we arrived during the day because it would have been difficult to find this at night. We loved the outdoor seating area although the furniture was rickety to say the least.The kitchen was well-equipped though the cabinets are so high it’s difficult to reach the upper shelf.The coffee cups provided are too big to use with the coffee maker which didn’t seem to work anyway.The showers were great.The closet doors in the bedroom need work - they don’t fit right.Additional instructions on how the AC works… would be helpful. Despite 5he lack of decor, the apartment worked out well.

The property itself was very nice, as advertised.My complaint is with the "check my guest" representative who texted me 3 days before our 6 night stay in Paris was to begin. I had booked two months in advance, and she said we would not be able to move in on the 15th of July, as reserved, because of a plumbing problem, but we could move in the 16th. There was no mention of finding us an alternative lodging, until I insisted. When she let me know of an alternative apartment, she said if you do not accept this, I'll be forced to cancel your entire reservation! Then, on the 16th, when we were ready to make the move, because we had booked activities, she wanted us to hang around until 1pm, because the cleaning people were at 17 Javel. So apparently there was no plumbing problem at all.The next day, when the temperatures went up very high, we discovered there was no air conditioning, although one of the websites I viewed must have said there was, because I had made a note of it, knowing that Paris could be very hot in July. When we contacted check my guest again, they said you can use the fans that are there. After searching the property there were NO fans, and further calls to check my guest went unanswered! In my message I told her that I was 82 years old, and it was very hot in the apartment-no response.I think the owner of the property and the Bellvilla people, should know about what these "check my guest" people are up to, and how much stress and anxiety it caused

😊: Bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent. The terrace was an added bonus and gave us extra space. Lounge room comfortable and well-appointed.. 😢: A few more kitchen utensils/ cooking equipment (eg baking tray/dish) would have been useful..

Die Wohnung war sehr komfortabel. Wir haben die zwei Schlafzimmer sehr geschätzt, da wir uns nach einem anstrengenden Tag in Paris so gut entspannen konnten.

Was für eine traumhafte Wohnung! Die gemütliche Terrasse ist ein echtes Highlight, und die beiden behaglichen Schlafzimmer sind einfach perfekt. Das Schlafsofa bietet zusätzliche Schlafplätze, sodass man sich auf kleinem Raum wie in drei Schlafzimmern fühlt. Zwei Duschen waren ein fantastischer Bonus für diesen tollen Preis. Alles war bestens ausgestattet, und obwohl ein paar Kleinigkeiten fehlten, hat das unseren Aufenthalt überhaupt nicht beeinträchtigt. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank für dieses wunderbare Erlebnis!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem eleganten Apartment, die Nähe zum Eiffelturm war ein großes Plus, und wir genossen es, durch das lebhafte Viertel zu schlendern.

Ich schätzte die großzügige Aufteilung der Wohnung, sie war sehr komfortabel und die Lage war ideal für Besichtigungen.
