😊: Good location, quiet, sea nearby.. 😢: I asked several times to give me an invoice for my stay, but I never received it..

😊: Location is great, close to airport, private parking is very nice and convenient.. 😢: Nice communications stopped after we had found cockroaches in the kitchen. As per our host response the host is not responsible for cockroaches. We had to break our stay and move to another place. Other things to notice: no kitchen knifes, scratched Teflon fry pans, lack of toilet supplies (soap, shampoo, toilet paper).

Appartamento semplice e dotato di...<br>#128578; Appartamento a pochi passi dal mare, completamente attrezzato, non mancava nulla a parte il bidet, ma si sa che in Francia non si usa Tutto in ordine, pulito e molto ordinato anche come arredamento e presenza di aria condizionata Ottimo anche il box per l'auto. Hanno accolto i nostri cani senza problemi, a differenza di altri che chiedono anche maggiorazioni Il prossimo anno speriamo di poter tornare 🙂

😊: As we arrived very late in the night, it was Florian’s mother who was kind enough to hand us the keys, explain everything patiently about the apartment, and even give us some good tips about the upcoming events in the town. The apartment is well equipped, has a parking lot, and with a good location, close to the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. Haut de Cagnes (a charming village) is also in walking distance. We will definitely consider staying at Florian’s apartment, next time we visit Cagnes-sur-Mer.. 😢: A grill in the balcony would have wonderful..

Je recommande vivement ce logement. Très bien situé, propre et bien équipé. Propriétaire réactif et à l'écoute. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Brand newly renovated apartment.Great communication with the owner, also during our stay. Perfect meet and greet, took the time to show us the apartment and clear up internet etc. Would be happy to return in the future. 5 Stars
