Magnifique Appartement - 1br-4p - Parc Montsouri

😊: The location by Parc Montsouris is ok. I did not mind too much that the property was on the ground floor and next to pavement, but I can see how it can be a problem to some people. The flat was clean throughout apart from the issue with black mould in the bedroom which I write about below. It is quite large too. These are the only positives I have.. 😢: WATCH OUT AND DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT. There is a serious problem with black mould in the bedroom!!! There is a roof window which is covered in black mould and the bedroom has a musty smell. The apartment should not be advertised on booking platform as it does not meet the condition for habitable space for humans - it is ILLEGAL to rent out an apartment with black mould in it! We have changed the apartment immediately after we discovered the mould - this is no place to sleep, especially if you have small children. I had a major cough after sleeping there before we moved. There's hardly any ventilation in the flat. The two windows that are in the apartment must be closed due to the flat being next to the pavement. Only one window has working shutters which can be opened. The other shutter is shut solid. Because of that the flat feels dark and gloomy - pretty much like a dungeon. The main door is a glass door which is bizarre if the flat is on the ground floor, as it means that the outside shutter needs to remain shut, otherwise people will be looking into your apartment. So, no ventilation = dark and claustrophobic feeling = black mould. The other things - the toilet seat was broken. The water was scolding hot (70 degrees!) - our daughter nearly burned herself. Luckily you can adjust the controls on the boiler to 40. There's not enough plates and other dishes in the kitchen. There were no dish washer tablets. No sugar. The coffee machine seemed broken - it only produced a few droplets of coffee on our 5th attempt. And there were no espresso cups - only large mugs for the coffee - pretty unhandy. There was not a single good knife in the apartment - how are we supposed to cut bread/baguette or anything else? The kitchen cabinets are very high so taking anything out is quite difficult, if you are short or disabled..

😊: Everything was perfect. 😢: Nothing to be honest.

Ich habe die warme Atmosphäre der Wohnung sehr geschätzt. Es fühlte sich wie ein zweites Zuhause an, besonders nach dem Aufenthalt im nahegelegenen Park.

Was für ein schöner Ort! Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, und der nahegelegene Parc Montsouris eignet sich perfekt für einen morgendlichen Lauf oder ein Picknick.
