The kitchen was excellently equipped with high end appliances. The terrace had a magnificent sea view and the location was close to everything.

Had a fabulous 6 night stay in this wonderful apartment on our first trip to Menton. We were amazed to find how well equipped the apartment was and loved all the little touches. The location and view were ideal. We took advantage of the great recommendations made by the owners which were spot on and very helpful. Check in/out was friendly, helpful and efficient. We will definitely return.

This was my second stay at the apartment and I can say that I enjoyed every moment there. Menton is a great place to visit and the apartment is very centrally located, close to the beach, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and other shops. The train station is around a ten minute walk away, meaning that you can visit surrounding areas very easily. The apartment is so well appointed, with everything you could possibly require during your stay. It is a real home from home experience and I thoroughly recommend staying there. In fact I have another stay already booked!

What a beautiful gem of an apartment in this quaint town of Menton! It is so conveniently located to the ocean to the train to the shops and restaurants. The apartment itself has all the best features for convenience, comfort, cleanliness and so nicely decorated it truly feels like home! The hosts are extremely friendly and generous and detailed with their suggestions of how to make the most out of your stay in Menton and the surrounding areas. I would definitely recommend this apartment to all who need a little down time but also adventure on their South of France vacation. I truly hope we can make it back sometime soon.

As delightful as ever! This is my third time staying at the St Roch property. The view is fantastic! The terrace is spacious and comfortable and a wonderful place to take in the perfect view of the sea. You can also see the beautiful view very well from the bedroom and living room/kitchen. The flat is tastefully decorated with every comfort that you could want. The kitchen is well equipped and is a delight to cook in. The bathroom is also spacious with a large shower in separate space for the powder room, which makes the apartment even more accommodating to more than one guest. The bed is very comfortable. Washer/dryer combo in the dishwasher make this an even more comfortable stay. The hosts have thought of everything and more and leave you wanting for nothing!The flat has been immaculately clean each time that I have stayed The host and their representative in Menton, Aveline, are promptly responsive, warm welcoming and helpful. The host created a binder full of useful information about the flat as well as activities, shopping, restaurants in the area.Each time I have left the St Roch property I’ve been eagerly anticipating my next visit. Thank you, Sandra and Mark, for creating the perfect vacation getaway! Thank you, Aveline, for always providing a warm welcome and a friendly presence in Menton for any questions we have had.

We had to change plans on short notice and really lucked out to find this gorgeous apartment available just before the Lemon Festival started. We loved just about everything: A view of the sea without road noise; location easily walkable to lots of restaurants, museums, Old Town, even for us 80-year-olds, plus the free tram stops just a few blocks away; 2 security doors before you get to the elevator. We so appreciated that Avaline had coffee, milk and prosecco for us so we didn't have to shop immediately, and that soap, shampoo, TP, etc were provided. Slippers, even! We felt so well-cared-for and Avaline was very responsive to our (few) questions. This apartment made our stay in Menton a dream!

I thoroughly enjoyed my week spent at this apartment. It was immaculately presented and extremely well appointed. The owners have clearly dedicated time and effort to create a beautiful apartment containing everything you could possibly want or need. It felt like home from the outset. Aveline, the local representative, who met me at the apartment on arrival, is especially lovely, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the local area. Communication from the owners was perfect from the moment I booked the apartment. The level of information they provide on food and restaurant recommendations, suggested activities and places to visit, together with detailed instructions for the appliances within the apartment is just outstanding. I can only recommend others to stay here!

This is my second day at the Saint Roch and the apartment couldn’t be any more perfect. The view of the Mediterranean is exceptional. It can be seen from every room in the apartment and it is a true delight to look out the window and see the beautiful blue sea and blue sky. There’s a lovely terrace where you could spend hours looking at the sea. The apartment is beautifully appointed. There is every convenience and comfort that you would enjoy. The location is super. It is steps from restaurants, grocery stores, and anything you could need. Aveline is always prompt, helpful and gives great recommendations. The hosts are gracious, attentive, and responsive. They have created the perfect spot to enjoy your time in Menton.
