Good<br>#128578; The location was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The flat was clean. The bathroom facilities were very well.<br>#128577; The AC is a portable one. We had no Wi-Fi - the network didn't show up on the list, the host gave us another one to connect but that didn't work out either.

Ideal location, comfortable, two flights...<br>#128578; Location was ideal: in old Nice and just off the main drag. You could dip back into the apartment and then go back out. It was also cute, old apartment. Upon check-in, they sent a PDF with a picture showing where the key lockbox was. Full kitchen, iron and ironing board, electrical outlet converter, and wifi were helpful amenities.<br>#128577; Two flights of winding stairs were a bit of a bear with luggage, but it was worth it for the location. The A/C unit is stand-alone and we figured out that we had to route the exhaust out the window. Then it worked well.

Beautiful Haven in the Old...<br>#128578; Location is great for the Old Town. Very central and close to all the restaurants and bars. It is also very close to the beach. However, bear in mind that taxis often cannot access the Old Town, so you will have to walk from the Main Street to the apartment. The apartment is on the second floor, however, there is no lift and the staircase is very narrow. The apartment itself is very comfortable and a good size for Europe. It also has a bed and a sleeper couch (when considering other options they...<br>#128577; I would just suggest that the description of the apartment discloses that there is no lift in the building. Based on its location, there can be noise from the bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood which can continue past midnight. Also, early on Monday morning (around 4am) there was some noise from the city cleaning the streets.
