😊: The view.. 😢: Apartment in a rundown and moldy building. Very dirty and narrow hallway and staircase. Smell of urine. Trash bags and cigarette buds in the hallway. The apartment is a rooftop without air conditioning. It gets very hot. Located above restaurants so when you open the windows you have the smell of kitchen and deep fryers in the apartment. Plus the noise from drunk people, homeless and drug addicts with dogs. There were physical altercations at night in front of the house. It was simply unpleasant..

😊: Everything was perfect. The apartment was beautiful Everything you could need was supplied. The laundry room was a great bonus. I loved the master bathroom so stylish. The views were amazing and although right in the middle of the towns activities it was very soundproof. We had great communication with Cecile which was super helpful. We enjoyed every second of our stay and would highly recommend.. 😢: There was nothing to not like!!! We loved the apartment and la Rochelle 😍.
