Maison d'exception au cœur de Goult

😊: Everything - the communication before our stay was excellent, the property was incredibly beautiful and well appointed, it was a real highlight of our trip to stay here. 😢: Parking was tricky, but understand this is a factor of staying in a small village, and part of the charm.

😊: This property was perfect. Importantly it was clean, comfortable, quiet and practical. Only my wife and I stayed there, but it could easily accomodate a large family as it has 3 bedrooms, 4 toilets and 3 showers. We have stayed in many properties listed on booking.com, most are good and some are not so good. But this one was excellent. Also - when we paid the bed tax at the start of our 7 day stay of €77, we accidentally handed over €97 to the host. We didn’t realise our mistake at the time (we were jet lagged coming from Sydney). The first we knew of our mistake was when the host contacted us to inform us of our error. Had the host not told us of our error, we would have never known. So this just demonstrates the honesty of our host. I suspect many hosts would just pocket the €20. So this incident demonstrates the integrity of our host, and the type of people they are. We would love to return and highly recommend this accomodation.. 😢: Everything was perfect for us. However note one bedroom is up a steep flight of stairs (which was fine for us) but would not be suitable for young kids - that said, the kids could stay in one of the 2 downstairs bedrooms..

Very unique and cool modern design in a historic building. Terrific air conditioning in the bedrooms (this is a special treat in warm Provence summer)

Really a fantastic house on a perfect location. Goult is a charming village with good restaurants and proximity to great wineries. Communication from our hostess was excellent and the welcome information pack was ideal. The home has everything you could need

😊: This is one of the best houses we have ever vacationed in. Everything was perfect in the house: interesting history, interesting interior, very clean, comfortable and sufficient. Each bedroom has a bathroom. Balcony, outdoor area is very comfortable. Nearby are wonderful shop, cafe, restaurant (just need to know the hours). The owners of the house are nice and supportive. We traveled all the villages around. Very convenient location. Parking is free next to the house.
