Exceptionnel<br>#128578; Situé en plein cœur du village! Très bel appartement, nous y avons passé d’excellentes vacances lors de la fête médiévale.

very disappointing place, little or no communication with the owner, no housekeeping, the near the ocean statement is nonsense its at least 2 hours drive . this is obviously a new rental and the owners have no idea how it should be run, no instructions on anything at all , no advice about what days markets are or nearest shops, and when open, you are left completely to your own devices. It is usual when you arrive to have been left something to get you started, perhaps a tea bag or two, milk or a welcome bottle wine, not at all, no welcome pack !!. There are many things not provided, no bread knives or large knives at all, there is only one handle between all the cooking pots, no towels are provided and there is one sofa to fit two people, where do the others sit ? its a apartment for 6 people. there is a dining table for 6 with chairs that dont match. it was very clean and obviously recently finished, very large space but a lot of it unusable, the stairs for me or any slightly older people were a big problem 20 concrete stairs between each floor without proper hand rails , the entrance is charming but an accident waiting to happen, very steep and narrow with no hand rails, if you are young and fit none of it should be a problem. the bedroom on the top floor has no toilet so you have to come down a flight to use the only facilities. The terrace has very nice views but its a long way to carry your breakfast up and to get through the door you need to be under 4 foot 6 inches or be a limbo dancer. the views from the bedrooms look over the square and are charming, you are very convenient for restaurants and bars and the village is a wonderful place to be with lots to see and do in the summer, the apartment was finished in a bit of a hurry i would say and it is very stark, softening it a bit adding a few comfortable chairs and putting other things right would make it terrific place to stay, for 6 people or even 4 i would say its not at all expensive, but could benifit from WI Fi.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Flora et Alexandre. Leur maison est idéalement située, sur la place principale du village médiéval de Monflanquin. La petite porte d'entrée pittoresque et médievale cache une maison vaste et spacieuse sur trois étages . Nous avons adoré la décoration mélangeant des matériaux naturels comme le bois, la pierre et d'autres plus industriels comme l'escalier en béton et en fer. Les trois chambres (doubles) sont spacieuses et lumineuses avec une vue expceptionelle, d'un côté sur la place, de l'autre sur les toits en tuiles et la campagne. Les lits sont très confortables. Mention spéciale pour la terrasse, au 3eme étage, idéale pour y prendre un café de bon matin ou pour apprécier le coucher de soleil sur Monflanquin. Flora a été très bienveillante et accueillante. Contactée 24h avant notre arrivée, elle a tout fait pour pouvoir nous accueillir, malgré le délai très court et nous lui en sommes très reconnaissants. Adresse très recommandable ! Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner bientôt !
