MAISON DE VACANCES A DINARD AVEC PARKING PRIVE

This property is ideally located within walking distance of Dinard beach , great restaurants and other attractions making it very easy to leave the car at the house and walk to where parking would be difficult.Very quiet location with friendly and helpful hosts. The only reason I have marked 4/5 is because the property is tired and although clean, in need of refreshing (mouldy grout in shower/ rusty radiators/ sofa uncomfortable) which the host is trying to get rectified between bookings. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay.

Close to all amenities, a short walk to the restaurants bars and the beach, the house was very well equipped and had everything we needed, . Catherine and Jean-louis were perfect hosts and made our first visit to Dinard very special.

Wunderbar/formidable! Sehr nette Vermieter. Nettes kleines Haus mit allem was man braucht. 10 Minuten zu Fuß an Strand und Stadtmitte. Bäckerei fussläufig in der Nähe. Fahrrad Schuppen, Grill, Gartenmöbel vorhanden. Endreinigung, Wäsche und Restzahlung Vorort zu empfehlen-Barzahlung oder Scheck.

Super saubere Wohnung, sehr gut eingerichtet, Cidre im Kühlschrank, Blumen auf dem Tisch, nette Vermieter, nur sollte die optionale Reinigung (50 E) und optionale Bettwäsche (30E) beim Mietpreis angegeben werden. Bei der Ausstattung ist es uns nicht aufgefallen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in einer reizvollen Gegend.

Petite maison au calme, idéal pour se ressourcer, à 10 mn à pieds de la plage. Les propriétaires sont charmants , un accueil chaleureux. On reviendra avec plaisir…

Maison très bien équipée située dans une impasse. Nous avons apprécié le calme et la proximité du centre de Dinard et de la mer. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et ont répondu très rapidement à nos questions.

La maison est confortable ,bien equipé et pratique pour visiter Dinard. Le petit cours est privè et le parking est facile. Ce n’est pas loin des plages et le centre.

We were greeted by the owners and friends who spoke good English. The property was very well appointed in a quiet area of town with the owners living in the house next door. Offroad parking next to your house which is gated at night. A ten minute walk into the Town Centre. A five minute walk to the nearest beach and bakery. A five minute walk in the opposite direction to a Netto store. It is a small space but well thought out and perfect for a short break.
