Maison de vacances à Les Issambres

Objekt und Ausstattung wie beschrieben und prima für ruhigen Erholungsurlaub (keine Partymeile). Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Verwalter; gerne immer wieder!

Wir waren mit 3 Kindern (5 - 10 Jahre alt) für 2 Wochen da. Kommunikation mit Vermietern und Hausmeister vor Ort war top. Das Ferienhaus ist ein Reihenhaus und für uns 5 war ausreichend Platz. Das Ferienhaus bietet alles was man braucht, besonders angenehm war die Klimaanlage, aber auch sonst ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Leider ist es etwas in die Jahre gekommen und gerade die Bäder müssten renoviert werden. Der Pool der Anlage war toll. Er wird gemeinschaftlich von allen Parteien genutzt, sodass es gerade für die Kinder nie langweilig wurde. Es war immer jmd zum spielen da. Die Gegend und umliegenden Strände sind sehr schön. Oft haben die Strände auch Duschen. Das Meer war klar und warm, absolut schön. Wenn man was erkunden möchte, wozu es reichlich Möglichkeiten gibt, sollte man früh los und sich auf viel Verkehr einstellen. Die Küstenstraßen sind meist voll. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit dort und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Erholung pur.

Für uns ein ideales Urlaubsobjekt, sehr gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Verwalter!

Für einen Familienurlaub bestens geeignet, wenn man Erholung sucht und nicht permanentes Party-Leben braucht. Wunderschön. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Die relativ laute Straße, die aber der Strandnähe geschuldet ist. Fazit: Jederzeit wieder.

Es hat alles gut funktioniert. Leider waren die Spülmaschine und der Toaster defekt. Das war für uns nicht tragisch.

The house was brilliant, it was comfortable and cosy and had everything you could wish for even down to kids beach toys. The house is very spacious, their were 6 of us and we never felt like we were in each other's way. The master bedroom is fantastic with a balcony overlooking the sea and St Tropez across the bay lovely sitting out there on a morning with a coffee admiring the beautiful views. Their is lovely en-suite and my daughter and family had a very good sized bathroom to themselves too which also had a washing machine. The kitchen had everything you could ever need and very spacious the same as the lounge and dining area. The house is set in beautiful gated grounds with a really lovely pool a few yards from the end of the lovely garden. We had a few BBQ as the weather was brilliant for us and again their was everything we needed. We also hired a car, their are so many places to visit it is a fantastic place to stay as you are across the road from the sea and 10 minutes walk to les issambres where their are a good choice of restaurants and bars. The area is very pretty with all the chateaus dotted in the hillside their are some beautiful beaches all along the coastal road, you are spoilt for choice. None of us wanted to come home we wished we could have stayed longer. We thought it was great to have all the dvds to watch on an evening, especially the kids, their was brilliant selection also books and games. It was perfect we loved everything about the house and the area and would definitely go there again.

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Wohnanlage, ALLES TOP! Elektrisches Einfahrtstor, schöner großer Pool, von überall hat man Meerblick! Das Haus(klassisches Reihenhaus), die Einrichtung ist in sehr gutem Zustand, grandioser Blick von der Terrasse auf Palmengarten und Meer! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in Gehweite-10 Minuten durch den Park am Meer entlang nach Les Issambres, SUPER! Für Ausflüge ist aber ein Auto notwendig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Besonders erwähnenswert ist die Betreuung vor Ort durch Valerie, sie macht einen super Job- DANKE!

The villa has perfect location: just near the sea (only 120 steps!), luxury French Riviera, but very calm place, that is very good for families with children like ours, it is near Saint-Tropez and not far from Nice, Cannes and Provence. The villa is very cosy in Provence style (with all necessary equipment, including beach towels), has very good sitting-room with French windows to the garden, bedrooms have amazing sea-view. Also it was good because there was local traditional market with fresh products just near by and the shop with ecological products and also good restaurants. The owners gave us all recommendations (place to visit, restaurants, place to spend time with children etc) and provided excellent service. I can say that owners of villa are one of its advantages (very nice people:) We have been renting villas for summer vacation during last five years, so we can compare.
