Maison de ville avec parking - Caen centre

😊: The location was good for exploring the centre of Caen. It has a parking spot. It was easy to get into the property.. 😢: Far too hot: there was a broken electric fan in the house but when we asked for a replacement we were told no. There were unclean pots and pans in the kitchen, a bin that hadn't been properly emptied, the coffee maker didn't work, there was excrement in the parking spot, and there was black mould in the corner under the stairs. It was so unpleasant that we left after one night of a non-refundable four night booking and moved to another location..

😊: The location is great, beds are comfortable and appartment is clean.

😊: Quiet area, private parking, close to the attractions. The hostess clearly explained how to get the keys, park. By the way, linen and trash must be collected before departure. The kitchen has the necessary. The two bedrooms are one on each floor (be careful with the one on the top - it has many corners, obstacles). It is appreciable that there are lights on both sides of the bed. The beds are comfortable. Clean bed linen and towels.. 😢: Nothing essential, for us, the presence of just soap or other small things doesn't matter; we always have our own. The apartment is not the freshest, but it is well-kept..
