😊: Loved the location.

😊: The location so close to the sea is outstanding! The village of Sainte Marie is ideal for a quiet holiday and everything is on the flat.. 😢: The inside is looking a little tired and needs better maintenance. Tap in the kitchen was loose and needed tightened up. Canapé is extremely uncomfortable..

😊: What would be helpful would be a simple instruction manual - how to use the washing machine, air conditioning, etc. What and where facilities are in the area, grocery shops, bread shop etc. All else was good.

😊: The seaview/I can imagine the terrace is nice in the summer when you can eat outside. Parking in front.. 😢: the bedding old, dirty and uncomfortable mattresses, small living room no real place to eat when weather is not good enough to eat outside, no actual sofa to be comfy... We even had to kill a cockroach....

😊: The property was well located right on the water at Sainte Marie la Mer. The host was very good and came and said hello and was available if we needed anything.. 😢: Unfortunately the toaster was not working. We were only their one night so didn’t make much of a difference and I’m sure would have been fixed if we were going to stay longer..
