Great location and ideal for 4 people However we rented this 2 bedroom house that the details said included towels and bedding However upon arrival we only had bed linen provided for just 1 bed and were told that we had to pay extra for bedding for the 2nd bedroom.also charged for a cleaning fee at the end of the stay which was not made clear at the time of booking.

The House is very comfortable and spacious. The Garden is great. Especially when you are with a dog. A Öl Mill is next to the house. A bakery is 50m away and at the end of the village you have a Spar. You can get everywhere (Avignon, Aix, Camargue) can be reached under 60 minutes.

Our second time at Xavier's house. The niggles from last year have mostly been addressed, except the fan in the bathroom. A very pleasant 2 weeks with glorious sunshine throughout. The dogs remembered the villa straight away and were very settled in the garden. Although we had neighbours in the front house this time, parking for a car each was not a problem. Able to visit all of our old haunts in western Provence, and a few new ones. We will be back again - maybe not next year - but soon.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the house and especially the terrace and garden. Great for the dog to be able to run around freely in the garden. Communication with the owner Xavier was easy and we always got an immediate response. Kitchen was complete. Some people might find it bothersome that the bathroom is located downstairs and the two bedrooms are upstaris. It didn't bother us at all.

We were very satisfied. The house was very beautiful. The large living space is particulary attractive. Unfortunatly you can hear the street clearly during the day. But we were able to get over it.

We had a lovely stay at Xavier's property. Communication with Xavier was great, and Michèle who checked us in was made us feel very welcome. This is a well presented house with lots of space, and the enclosed garden is private and secure. Great location for easy access in and out of town, and just a few minuses walk from a fabulous patisserie too. Thank you Xavier and Michèle

Knowing this area well, my wife and I stayed for 3 weeks in Feb/Mar 23. The property was very acceptable to us, with just a few niggles. The oven had been removed (previous occupant had reported that it broke) and so we had a combi Oven/Microwave for 3 weeks, which was not great. I had hoped a repaired oven could have been fitted during our extended stay, but this was not offered. The picture of an expresso coffee maker turned out to be replaced a small filter coffee maker - a bit of a disappointment. The bathroom fan did not work leading to the bathroom steaming up a lot - difficult to shave. The description had "linen provided" but the host tried to charge us for bed linen, towels (we did bring our own) and table linen - not appreciated. The description of the property made no reference to the end of rental cleaning fee. The sun loungers/bicycles mentioned in pictures and description were not anywhere to be found - I guess it was not summery enough. All of this could be easily rectified, and we did enjoy our time at the property. The garden was very good and safe for our dogs, and having the bakery about 100 yards away was fabulous.

This place is fantastic. Got everything you need. Perfect location. About 5 bars / restaurant's just a short walk from the property. Supermarket and bakery close by. Highly recommend.
