😊: It suited our very quick overnight stay. 😢: I wouldn't use it for a longer stay as the area seemed pretty empty.

😊: The property was easy to gain access to. It was clean and well presented.. 😢: The property is in what can only be described as a sketchy area...Great view out of the back but the area to the front is very iffy.

😊: Clean, comfortable and well presented accommodation.. 😢: Bit of a walk to the town centre and struggled to park close to the property..

Amazing property!<br>#128578; This is such a lovely house, and it's perfect if you're booking for a sizeable family or even a group of 7 people or so. The house was spotless, we had all the amenities we could ask for, and the viewing was amazing. On top of all that, communication with the host made everything easy. We will definitely come back! 5/5<br>#128577; This is me being picky, but I was expecting the property to have private parking. You have to park in the street (which is not a dealbreaker imo, but you have to keep that in mind). I would still rate this property 5/5

Exceptional<br>#128578; Lovely clean house and only a 15-20 minute walk into the centre of Evreux. The owner was really helpful with any questions and made sure that the house was welcoming for us.
