Lovely host with great communication. Cleanliness was ok but some areas not great. Overall a lovely stay in a brilliant location.

The house is well equipped and very close to the lake and some local shops and a good walk to the town and around the lake. Any problems we had were sorted very quickly by the owner. We visited Aix-Les- Bains, Albertville, Les Gorges du Fier and an amazing resistance memorial and museum to name a few. The weather was unseasonably hot but swimming in the lake was a good way to cool down.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this well-equipped house and its location just a short walk from the lake and its range of activities was ideal for us. There was also a bakery and a supermarket within easy walking distance, we used the bikes provided a couple of times to make these trips as well. The owner was very responsive and friendly and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the property to others. It is quite a long walk (around 30 minutes) into the town of Annecy itself but it’s a very pleasant walk alongside the lake with plenty of shade and things to look at on the way. We were more interested in swimming & water activities so this didn’t bother us at all although we did walk into the town twice during our stay. Thank you for a lovely week. I hope we will be back some day.
