maison familiale avec jardin arboré clos au centre de Vannes

Karine is a gracious and welcoming host who communicated very well at all stages leading up to our stay in her home. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The house itself is large and comfortable with all the mod cons you would expect, but as it is a also her home, there are many more features you would not have in a commercially run enterprise. The extras for infants (cot, high chair, baby bath) along with games in the garden.... not to mention a set of golf clubs for those who would like to have taken their own clubs on holiday. It is set in a quiet residential street with plenty of "FREE" parking outside the house for one or more cars. A real bonus! The Carrefour City and other supermarkets are all within 10 mins walk from the house for the essentials, and Vannes Centre with its historic old town, restaurants, bars, shops and Port / Marina is a mere 15 minutes walk from the house. A note for us Brits to remember... You will need to buy Tenant's Liability Insurance for this house. It covers any damage you might cause to the property during your stay. Whilst this cover is normally provided under French Household Insurance Policies, it is not covered under UK Buildings / Contents Policies. You can however buy this cover through French Insurance providers. Aside from Vannes, there is much to explore in the whole Morbihan region, but unfortunately we didn't have enough time. If you do decide to visit, then I would strongly recommend Karine's house.

Magnifiques vacances dans cette maison où il fait bon vivre. Bien placée et très pratique, nous reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente.

Comme on se sent bien dans cette maison ! emplacement privilégié pres du centre de Vannes, maison très fonctionnelle et décorée avec beaucoup de gout, charmant jardin clos, nombreux jeux à disposition des enfants, stationnement dédié devant la maison... tout était parfait, nous avons adoré. Un grand merci à la propriétaire pour son accueil et sa disponibilité, malgré notre arrivée tardive et notre départ matinal !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette maison de caractère, bien équipée et dans un quartier calme. Chaque couple a pu profiter d’un espace personnel confortable au 1er et 2ème étage. Au rez-de-chaussée, la grande pièce commune, la terrasse et le beau jardin ont permis des moments de convivialité très agréables quelle que soit la météo. Une maison où l’on se sent accueillis, très plaisante et qui se trouve à 10-15 min à pieds du centre ville de Vannes. Nous recommandons fortement !
