😊: Fantastic location near the Pont Vieux pedestrian bridge with access to the La Cite a comfortable walk. Well equipt clean house. Lovely views from the bedrooms upstairs, especially from the balcony. Close to shops and restaurants . Small garden which is where the car is parked. There is free parking across the street so can park there if you want enhanced garden space.. 😢: Tree in garden had dangerous sharp broken branches. Garden smaller than expected..
