We, a family of four, spent two wonderful weeks in Anne and Stephane's house in Concarneau. The location of the house is perfect: a lovely sandy beach within walking distance, just below the house, and the center of Concarneau, with its charming "ville close" a nice walk-/bike ride away. The house has everything you could want, including a beautiful, quiet little garden. What more could you want from a holiday? The house is well equipped and beautifully decorated with wonderful landscape paintings. We thank Anne and Stephane for the wonderfully warm welcome and the trust and generosity they show in entrusting this little gem to strangers. We give our strongest recommendations and hope we will have the opportunity to come back.

Anne and Stephane were very accommodating and nice hosts, communicating with them was very easy! The kitchen is well equipped and the house nicely decorated. Easy parking free of charge in front of the house. Thank you for the nice stay, we hope to come back!

Ein geräumiges, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes (Reihen)Haus mit wunderschönem, gepflegtem Garten. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, ungewöhnlich viel Geschirr und Kochutensilien vorhanden. Sehr gute Lage in ruhiger Straße mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten (Anfang Juni), ca 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand. Sogar ein bisschen Meerblick vom 1. und 2. Stock. Wir waren begeistert! Es sind mehrere Fahrräder vorhanden, die von den Gästen ohne Zuzahlung genutzt werden können, allerdings sind nicht alle in einwandfreiem Zustand. Der Austausch mit den Vermietern war sehr angenehm- alles in allem hatten wir wunderschöne Ferien.

Communication et accueil très sympathiques pour cette maison au calme avec un joli jardin toute proche du sentier côtier , d'une vélo route , du centre de thalasso et d'une plage. La maison est confortable et bien équipée.

We had a wonderful stay in Concarneau. The house was comfortable, clean, and well decorated. We loved having use of a BBQ, drying machine, and very fast access to a large sandy beach. The owners are friendly and helpful, and we want to thank them for making our stay that much more enjoyable! Just one point of consideration when booking - the house does have stairs (no baby gate) and a lot of beautiful but delicate decorative items that may make it less appealing to those with young kids. We booked understanding this and took certain precautions, but just know it might take a little more "surveillance" effort. The only improvement we could think of is a second bathroom :). Honestly, we had a great stay and will certainly consider going back.
