Maison pour 6 personnes avec piscine à 2 pas du village

Tolles Haus mit Klimaanlage. Gute Küche, gute Terrassen. Exzellenter Hausverwalter. Leider nur ein Badezimmer. Das macht Probleme mit 5 Personen. Generell keine Ablagen für Kleidungen. Schwierig, Autos zu wenden.

Un bon séjour à Cotignac, dans une maison fonctionnelle, à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville (très apprécié de ne pas devoir prendre la voiture) et un environnement favorable aux balades. Marion nous a très bien accueilli. La maison est fonctionnelle et propre.

The location of the villa was truly perfect for our family, four adults and one toddler. The city centre of Cotignac is 10 min walk where you have everything you need (amazing butcher, bakeries, great Cotignac wine, the Tuesday and Friday markets were a huge plus to get all products from the region (honey, olive oil, fresh veggies and fruits). The Lake of Saint Croix is less than an hour away, a must visit, we went there to swim a few times. You also have the Cascade 5 min drive. As far as the house, the manager in charge was very efficient, the pool and the barbecue kitchen were super nice, we enjoyed both very much. The AC works super well during the hot days... the kitchen is fully equipped though we would have loved a coffee machine. The only issue with this house, it has only one bathroom/washroom. We knew this when we rented the house but i must say it was a challenge. I wish the owners would invest in a shower in the pool... other than that, we very much enjoyed our vacation, and we would definitely want to go back.

The villa is nice and great location. Great out door kitchen. Air con was lovely but it didn’t get to the two downstairs bedrooms very well. The kitchen is well equipped and the fridge with clean water and ice is so brilliant. The bathroom needs attention all the tiles and around the shower controls are coming away and the ceiling is peeling. But it is a great large shower. The double bed mattress is super hard so it would benefit from a topper as it was hard to sleep. The welcome /info book was helpful. Overall it was a lovely place to stay and the area is great for families and couples - perhaps not so great with more Independant teenagers.
