😊: Firstly, the room was one of the best I've seen in terms of the availability of everything from cooking utensils to the most wonderful thing, the washing machine. The lovely Ioana made my stay in her apartment one of the best I've ever had anywhere in the world. My sister Nana also helped me with my luggage, and I'm very grateful to her. Ioana's dear husband also went to a lot of trouble to help me unload the bags when I left. Secondly, I loved the location because it's very close to shops, grocery stores, and other amenities. Even better, it's only 500 meters to the tram stop, and Nice train station is very close, just a 5-minute walk. It's also a 10-minute walk to Monaco, its attractions, and shopping. It's like being in a city center, extending to the beautiful Nice promenade, from which you can walk 5 kilometers to Nice Airport. The best part is that you don't get tired or bored. There are restaurants offering all kinds of international cuisine, from Asia to Europe.. 😢: What I didn't like about some apartments is that when people enter, they slam the door and make a lot of noise, but I don't mind them; these are customs that vary around the world. An important note for Sister Ioana: she should set the water heater to 60%, not a high temperature, so that it lasts longer and doesn't break down or explode, God forbid. I repeat, the water heater temperature should be 60 degrees. This is my advice. And whoever is showering should only stay in the bathroom for 25 minutes. 😊: The location is great. The studio apartment was spotless clean! Iona even provided washing capsules, coffee, oil and spices. The bed is comfortable. The wardrobe space is super useful to store the luggage and hang up clothes. Really everything was prepared for the guests to feel home!. 😢: -.

😊: The location was very convenient. Overall a comfortable flat for a few nights.. 😢: The air-conditioning system wasn't ideal, and required the window to be open which is a bit of a waste..

We will repeat this journey.<br>#128578; This apartment is cozy for staying there couple of days for two persons. Kitchen has everything you need. Apartment was perfectly clean. In the neighborhood you can find a lot of markets, also train station is very close. Position is absolutely perfect.<br>#128577; Neighbors were too loud during the night. Bed was hard, but for staying couple of days it was acceptable.
