😊: Very comfortable and well-equipped, if compact; wonderful outlook; balcony and table and chairs; clothes dryer; reliable heating in all 3 rooms; excellent shower. 😢: Hard bed; thin walls and echoey accoustic in both flats (fine until loud neighbours arrived and their voices echoed round the hallways and into the bedroom); bedside light not working on arrival - my email pointing this out was ignored.

😊: Perfect location and beautiful view. The host was easy to get ahold of and she helped us with what we asked. Would book again if I ever come back.. 😢: The apartment is on the fourth floor with steep stairs. We were prepared due to the other comments, so it wasn’t a problem for us. But could be for those who don’t read the comments. The host should write this in the description..

😊: Nice clean appartement, everything was present (shampoo, toilet paper, fresh water in the fridge, hair dryer), comfortable bed, airconditioning, location was close to old city center and plage des sablettes on 8 min walk. 😢: You have to be prepared that the appartement is on the fourth level.

Un Parfait séjour dans ce...<br>#128578; L’emplacement idéal de cet appartement, en plein cœur du centre ville de Menton. Nous avons pu nous rendre en ville et à la plage à pied c’était parfait ! Il dispose d’un balcon avec une vue dégagée sur la ville et la mer au loin, c’était magnifique. Il dispose également de la Clim ce qui est plus que nécessaire en période estivale. Nous remercions également Amélia qui gère ce logement, pour sa disponibilité et sa rapidité de réponse. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

What truly took our breath away was the spectacular view from the balcony. Picture-perfect scenes unfolded before our eyes as we sat there, indulging in a glass of champagne, enveloped by the fresh air. Watching the setting sun cast its golden hues over the entire town was an experience that make a stay unforgettable.<br>#128577; The apartment is located in the 4th floor. The staircases were a little steep. It was quite an exercise for us to carry up and down our suitcases without an elevator.
