😊: Very central location in Menton. You can see both the hills and sea from the balcony. Very well maintained and tidy apartment. Would have everything needed if staying for longer and needing access to washing machine or if wanting to cook instead of eating out. Good heating/air control with individual control for all rooms.. 😢: The apartment is on 4th floor and there is no lift in the building..

😊: Great location and balcony. 😢: Stairs but we knew that and took it as exercise..
