😊: Location was excellent for local shops, supermarket , bakery and beach. Only 10 min walk to the train station which was very cheap and great for exploring Monaco, Eze, VilleFranche and Nice The apartment was very secure and felt safe. A front door to the apartment block was only accessible with out key and a lift to our floor. The balcony was nice and spacious to sit and eat and watch the sea. Air con was good. It was nice to have a bedroom on the front with patio doors which opened onto the balcony. Having 2 bathrooms for 4 friends sharing was a plus too. It was nice to have a private pool to use after a very hot day sightseeing which was just over at the next block, not below our apartment as we had thought.. 😢: The rear terrace was not used and the doors were a little stiff to move. The rear bedroom patio door would not lock. Some of the loungers were broken. The foot spa was empty so you couldn’t sanitise feet before going into the pool..

Nice large apartment. Great location.
