A great property for larger families or friends, kitchen modern, house bright and clean. Pool really good for everyone to relax around. Could have done with a few more recliner chairs by the pool as we had great weather. Only negative in the house is only one toilet upstairs for 4 double bedrooms (so upto 8 people). Owner left their bikes to cycle around the local area, and easy to walk up and down to the local village with a small supermarket, bakery, lovely restaurant. Easy access to the beaches at Biarritz and along the coastline, long walks, little traffic in the area. We had a lovely holiday. Dealing with the owner to get the deposit returned has taken a few weeks and several emails.

This place was a perfect choice for our group of 3 families (14 persons). The house was even more attractive than the photo's on the Homeaway site. It had a smart layout, enough rooms and a big and very wel equipped kitchen for so many people. Together with the rest of all furniture and equipment, the large pool, big fenced garden (liked by the pet) and enough parking place it was more than complete. The town Briscous is small and quiet, so you definitely need a car for visiting towns and buying groceries. But the view from the terrace over the town and the rest of the natural surroundings was priceless. Many beautifull towns like Biarritz, Saint-Jean-de Luz, San Sebastian, Cambo were on a perfect driving distance and very worth seeing them.

We were a party of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids). The villa had everything we needed from pool toys to pots and pans etc. The pool was just to die for as was the view. Loads of outside space for us all to enjoy whether that be on the terrace or down by the pool. There was also lots of room inside for us to sit together. The village of Briscous is sleepy but had everything we needed except a bar but that did not bother us. We didn't visit the restaurant but we did get takeaway pizzas from the bakery and they were great. Marie-Elodie greeted us and and made check in very pleasant. All in all this is a great villa and we had a thoroughly good time. Thank you!
