Mini Villa With Jacuzzi

The mini villa was a dream! It was so peaceful, has a large private outdoor space and a sizeable shower. Our favorite part was the heated pool with jets, plus the property kitty Nala (she will leave you alone if you don’t summon her, but if you do summon her she is friendly!). We’d recommend this stay for a couple and would gladly visit again. The host is lovely and you can’t beat this stay!

We were pleasantly surprised by the peace and quiet at this accommodation. The jacuzzi was a lovely, and the host was incredibly kind. Communication was excellent and made our stay even more enjoyable.

My wife & I stayed here end June. The Rivera was packed with throngs of people & tourist. This property provides a quiet/tranquil lush retreat. Nestled in the hills on the outskirt of Nice 5 km from the beach, 10 km from Nice airport. Perfect location for day trips from Monaco to Saint Tropez and everything in between, yet away from the crush of people. We are hesitant to VRBO at a location where the owner lives at the same location – bad experiences in the past; but the owner, Michel, has made a perfect spot – he has two VRBOs set in a tropical lush setting/compound with a private gate, one with a large spa and the other with its own pool. Each unit makes you feel like you are in your own sheltered private environment. The units provided privacy for us to sun & swim sans clothes. The smaller unit was enough for us… the living spaces are outside around the spa, bedroom inside; but he offered us to upgrade to the larger unit with more indoor living space living room/kitchen inside. He was welcoming, never intrusive, yet could be counted on for the best inside/local guidance on where to go and what to do best of both worlds. He has new E-bikes we rented directly from him – much more convenient than going to a rental shop; we used these daily to ride down to the beach to swim/sun, lunches in the local area, & rides into Antibes to explore the town. We would definitely stay here again! The roads up are narrow & winding A car is needed…a small maneuverable one!!

This is something special,a small Villa summerhouse with excellent equipments inside and outside as to be seen on picture.Because of heavy rain the lovely owner owner offerd us an upgrade to his other object on his ground the `Pavillion`,inside , outside all super, own swimmimg pool( heated), a Boule place,total fitness equipment,own garden.Thank you Michel, we could become friends.

We had a great stay. The house was clean and had everything you need. Michel was an excellent host. He helped us with a few errands the first day and was very attentive and kind. I suggest having a car for this location. With a car, you can easily get to all of the south of france areas you would like to see. It is not a walkable area. We had a great stay!

The villa is situated in a wonderful, central location for exploring the area and host Michel is an excellent, friendly and knowledgeable advisor! He greeted us on arrival and even dropped off breakfast on our first morning! Bed and bedroom are very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and well-appointed. Outdoor area has plenty of seating and is separate and private from the main house. This villa is a great find and value. Highly recommend!
