Mirabeau Sous Les Toits - Tours - One-Bedroom Apartment

😊: Location. 😢: Was unbearably hot, there was very little ventilation in the flat. It was not suitable for kids at all. The extra bedroom is accessible via a ladder that is not suitable for kids. We booked for 2 nights but couldn’t stay the 2nd night unfortunately..

😢: We were given the wrong code to enter the apartment and we could not enter, we arrived midnight and did not know what to do. Be careful, it is an old building with a very difficult stairs to go up, not easy to carry suitcase. It does not have a picture in Booking showing the stairs and it is not mentioned..

😊: The apartment was is a good location.. 😢: Unfortunately when we arrived it became apparent that the apartment had not been serviced. There were used towels in the bathroom and bedroom also and quilt cover on the bed was stained. To be fair to Jeffrey, once we notified him, came straight round with clean bedding and towels. He was obviously very unhappy that the cleaners had not been in and offered as a part refund as a gesture of goodwill. Only other point is that the bedroom has no windows and became uncomfortably hot at night..

😊: Jeffrey was always available for my questions. The apartment has everything one needs for a quick or long stay. Definitely advise staying here if you travel to Tours alone or with your pet.. 😢: Nothing relevant to share..

😊: Very spacious and fully equipped accommodation! Only necessary to bring your clothes the rest is sorted for you..
