Modern, quiet villa on golf course, near beach, large heated pool

We had such a great week and loved the house - it is really well equipped and perfect for two families. We especially liked the pool and being able to walk or cycle to the beach. Pascal, the owner, could not have been more helpful and hospitable. We will definitely return!

The villa was spectacular, very clean, lots of equipment, pool superb. The bedrooms and kitchen were very well equipped, very comfortable. The owner couldn't do enough for Us. The area was beautiful and the local beaches were spectacular. We did not want to leave, the time went so quickly. My whole family came, so 7 adults and three small children, it was superb for all. We would love to return one day.

As a family group of 9 ranging in age from 11-70 (plus dog), this villa was a fantastic find. It truly did have everything we could possibly wish for in a holiday villa. The position was exactly as described, a 10 minute cycle or 20 minute walk from the beach (the beach is amazing!) The resort of Moliets was close enough to walk to for the restaurants and shops, but far enough away not to hear any noise when it was busy. We loved exploring the area and also had a few day trips to Biarritz, San Jean de Luz, Bayonne, San Sebastian and caught the train up La Rhune. We did have a few small problems while we were there but these were sorted out by Pascal as quickly as he could. The bikes needed a bit of work doing to them when we arrived but luckily my husband was happy to fix punctures and adjust brakes so that they worked. This did make it rather frustrating when we were instructed to remove every last speck of sand from them on our departure day but that is part of the contract. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this villa to everyone - and Pascal goes out of his way to ensure your holiday is faultless. The icing on the cake was that my son left his oldest cuddly toy in the villa when we left - but this was returned to us when we got home. Fantastic customer service.

We have been holidaying in moliets for 10 years and this villa has it all. Great access to the best beach, heated pool, loads of room and well stocked.

The villa is a great place to enjoy the holidays. It has a calm neighborhood, everything is clean, the interior is on a high standard, you have more than enough space and it is only a 10 Minute walk to the beach. The landlord takes care of you whenever you need something. We were completely satisfied with the service. Summery: absolutely recommendable!
