Great location, close to train/tram and also shops along the same road. Nice and comfy apartment in...<br>#128578; The apartment is very comfy and clean. Location is also perfect. Supermarkets are just steps away.<br>#128577; A/C in the living room doesn't work very well. However, the week during our stay was not hot, so it was fine.

A Gem in Nice<br>#128578; We loved our time here. The place was relaxing, perfectly appointed, and in such a great location - easy to get around and has great restaurant options all within walking distance. Alexandre was such a pleasant, helpful, and responsive host. We'd stay here again for sure and are already planning a return visit.<br>#128577; The 4th story walk up was a bit of a haul, but worth it, and it was a great way to keep fit given how much pastry and bread we consumed that week.

Exceptional<br>#128578; Apartment is very 'Frenchy', cosy and has all necessary equipment. We had a really good time. The host Alexandre is super warm and friendly person.

Großzügig, modern, liebevoll.<br>#128578; Das Apartment ist sehr liebevoll und professionell eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts, selbst für die Familie mit Kindern! Die Lage ist ideal um Nice zu erkunden. Das Apartment ist sehr gemütlich, man will es gar nicht verlassen.
