😊: The apartment is big, modern and comfortable. You have everything you need for the stay: from household appliances, bed linen to cutlery and tableware. Parking is close, just few steps from the door. Beaches 10 min walk, center of the town - 15 min. The host is extremely helpful. Check in and check out was easy and quick.. 😢: We liked everything! Were missing terrace or a big balcony but that was fully compensated by all the rest..

😊: The apartment is beautifully appointed and feels luxurious. Lovely kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and living space. Great air conditioning. Wifi, TVs in all bedrooms.Parking space. The owners are responsive and friendly. This is the second year we have stayed here and we very rarely revisit holiday locations.. 😢: Nothing we didn't like, but note that It's a residential area and could be described as a scruffier part of Menton. The neighbours are generally friendly (you'll get a greeting in the street or stairwells), however it's a residential building, so you will need to watch the noise late at night, especially on a week night..
