MY CASA - BUNICO 1 - Old Town Renovated Studio

😊: Extremely bad and poor l don’t recommend at all.

😊: The location. 😢: The bed upstairs. The ceiling is too low, no batteries for remote control only the A/C. Sleeper couch was so uncomfortable we had to take the mattress from upstairs😩.

😊: Great location with aircon, easy to get anywhere! The living area is spacious for a studio and set out nicely. 😢: The bed is placed in the storage part of the unit, meaning you have to crawl to the bed as the ceilings are so low which isn’t very comfortable..

😊: The washing machine and shower. 😢: When we arrived by cab, there was no one to meet us with a key. We had to walk with cases across main road to pick up key from key safe and return. The flat was in pedestrianised old town, not far from old town entrance. Upon entering the apartment we discovered that the"bedroom" was actually a "crawl space" mezzanine, that could only be entered on hands and knees. We are both in our late seventies! The only picture of this on the site did not mention that there was no headhight only crawling entrance. I have a larger space under my floor at home! As we arrived late we were looking to sleep. We discovered that the couch was a sofa bed. We opened this, it had a very thin mattress. To compensate for this we removed the mattress from the mezzanine and placed on top of the sofa bed. We noticed a large stain on the mattress and had to turn it over. We then searched for bedding. In the wardrobe was a stained duvet a sheet and duvet cover. Fortunately the weather was warm, so we left the stained duvet in the cupboard. We then prepared to go to bed. However there was no curtain or window blind. At the time we didn't realise that the wooden shutters actually closed. We jerry rigged up some curtains for the night. I contacted the agency next day, and they informed me that the shutters are to be used for privacy. I tried to close them, and discovered the the lower hinge on the left was loose, risking the whole shutter dropping into the street and injuring someone. Next morning we checked out the facilities in the apartment, and found numerous dangerous faults. Several power sockets looked loose or were missing bits, leaving exposed live elements. One of the shower taps was missing, I found it by the toilet. The tv remote had no batteries, and the aircon remote batteries had fallen out because the case was missing a battery cover..

Gute Wohnung für einen Städtetrip...<br>#128578; Super Lage, sehr sauber, sehr gute Kommunikation. Alles wie beschrieben! Gerne wieder!<br>#128577; Es fehlt ein Schneidemesser und Schalen in der Küche.
