MY CASA - GUIDONI - Superb City Center Suite Apartment

😊: The location is 10 out of 10! Everything I wanted to experience (French language lessons, markets, galleries, shopping, restaurants, beaches) were all within a 10-20min walk! The kitchen and washroom starter kits including dishwasher detergent, dishsoap and a fresh sponge were great, and a few pods for the laundry was handy. In the washroom were small bottles of shampoo and soap, with enough toilet paper to last a few days if you can't get to a grocery store right away. Clean linen and soft towels. Quick responses from office staff.. 😢: There were a few things lacking in the apartment that would be needed for a longer stay (I was there for 16 days): A larger cutting knife (just a small one was available) for preparing meals; a full length mirror (the decorative one in the living room and the mirror in the washroom were too high to see anything else besides your face; and a step stool (one of the closet hanging racks was so absurdly high that even when I stood on the bed I still could not reach it to hang up clothes!) Another issue was the housekeeping; I went to use the dishes and 2 of the top plates had hard food stuck to it. It looks like they were stuck coming out of the dishwasher but that should've been checked and taken are of. I ended up just putting all the dishes in the dishwasher and running a load to ensure cleanliness. When I first decided to routinely clean the washroom there was feces left on the toilet brush from the previous guest, I'm assuming. Around the garbage bin, which is tucked underneath the kitchen sink, I found some garbage which looks like it had fallen out of the garbage bag when it was being removed..

😊: Hosts were amazing great communication. Brilliant location and exceptionally clean. Easy to get into and lovely area. 😢: No one think suited us very well.

😊: The apartment was clean , comfortable quite enough space for a couple without children and included as minimum necessary supplies : coffee , shower gel, shampoo ..The apartment is located in the city center very close to all restaurants and bars around . The beach is 5-10 minutes walking.. 😢: After we paid on booking , the owner asked us to pay an addition amount non refundable covering the Damage if there will be something ..

😊: Location was good. It was nicely furnished.. 😢: Ac was not working. I tryed to contact the staff but they didn’t respond, despite they were sending email where they asked how was your night etc. Staff was unpolite when I went to the office to tell that I have been trying to contact them hole morning. They couldn’t fix the ac (stayed 2 nights), we got 75€ refund for not able to sleep or do anything in the aparment which I find too small amount for the problem. Still waiting for to get the deposit money (300€) to come back, how come it can take so long. Not gonna use Mycasa ever again..
