MY CASA - HSAUVAN - Villa Design Swimming Pool Sea View

😊: Very little. 😢: On arrival the whole house smells like the indoor pool, this doesn’t change. Two rooms had paint falling off the walls from the damp problem. There is mould on the ceiling in the living room. The washing machine did not work - and yes they replaced it but 5 days later which meant we had to find a laundromat, one of the specific reasons we booked an apartment is to do laundry. The microwave did not work and although reporting it there was no assistance. The linen in the cupboard was dirty, we reported it and then told not to use it. The soap holder in the main bathroom falls off. The aircons leak water into all of the cupboards. We reported all of this an after my children’s asthma was acting up most likely from the mould, we decided to leave, I informed them we were checking out and asked for instructions, they agreed to a partial discount and thereafter then claimed they had no idea we were leaving (not sure how else we are checking out as there have been too many problems can be interpreted). They eventually refunded one night despite us checking out 6 days early. Very poor experience. Also be aware that they charge a large security deposit..

😢: It would be great to have the option of 2 single beds in the rooms instead of only double beds.

The property is luxury...<br>#128578; It's a beautiful property at a good location<br>#128577; Overall it's nicely designed but it is lacking in simple things: there's no place for toiletries in shampoo; no toilet paper holders on the walls of the bathrooms; no clear button to turn on the sauna; subpar shampoos and soaps and uncomfortable pillows. It's so close to being a luxury property, which it should be at the price, but is lacking in so many details.

I would book it again,...<br>#128578; location is excellent, Villa is new and very clean, it is comfortable, each of 3 bedrooms has enough closets, bathroom in master suite is spacious and well decorated, kitchen has all you need for cooking and serving, grill is simple to use, correct approach from host about some complains we had, I find the price correct value for money<br>#128577; we had to wait for instructions how to enter Villa, even they knew exact time we are arriving and we confirmed many times when we will arrive, also one room had broken bed, and swimming pool was cold and dirty, but host solved all issues next day
