😊: The view is great and the location very convenient.. 😢: Is in need of maintenance and a more thorough clean, eg shower drain and extractor fans. We had to clean the shower drain of previous tenants hair on our first day. Overpriced due to location snd sea view but sadly not well enough maintained and no fans provided to help us sleep at night despite our request. The toilet leaks too but the plumber who was sent says it is complicated to repair..
