Location is great, between all of the main areas and easy access to all. As you are not in a main complex you are far enough away from most of he Boise should you venture back home before 1am, with the exception of the Ozinn. That is loud and had an event on the one night that we wanted to go to bed early, and it was very loud until 1am

Simple yet perfect accommodations for us. Clean and well equipped with just about everything you would need to be comfortable. We parked our car and never had to leave the premise to get anything. Grocery stores, clothing stores, restaurants and bars all within short walking distance as well as the awesome beach! Yves was easy to communicate with!
