😊: Location is only a few minutes walk from the main train station as well as restaurants and mini market, The main center for shops can also be reached after a few minutes drive or a brisk 15 minute walk. The apartment is very spacious with plenty of amenities.. 😢: Not really something that can be changed, but the apartment is on the 4th floor so be prepared for a workout. There is no elevator..
