New 2-room villa with a private pool and a large exterior terrace

The private pool was wonderful, with the garden all to ourselves We only met the host after 4 days, and spoke for 2 minutes. No more after that, so very much privacy.The bedroom had a good bed and enough cupboards, which was fine. The kitchen/living was simple, no breakfast plates or mugs. But there was a cake tin Only one little couch to relax on. The bathroom was very small. There was nothing in the shower to hang the shower head on. There was also no shelf or rack to put your shampoo etc. and there was an old-fashioned shower curtain. Not pleasant!Mandelieu has not much to offer, but the area of the house is quiet and in 20 to 30 minutes you are in Cannes or Antibes, both very nice for drinks and food. A bakery and a large supermarket are within a 5 minute drive of the apartment.

This is a lovely,comfortable and clean villa.It is well maintained and is very well equipped.The garden is really nice and well kept as is the pool which is marvellous and refreshing on the hot summer days.The outside area and sunbeds are great too,really useful having an outside fridge for beer and wine!!t..It is very close to local shops and supermarket,a 10 minute walk.There is also cafes and a restuarant there,The beaches and more restuarants are a 10 minute bus ride or 30 minute walk.Gilles and Marcy are lovely,they are very kind and helpful and on hand to help or advise but are very discreet and let you relax and enjoy your holiday.I would thoroughly recommend booking this villa.
