NEW JOLIETTE Comfortable Apartment well located with private parking - Apartment with Balcony

😊: Only location was very good. 😢: Overall, we were dissatisfied with the lack of cleanliness. On the first day, we cleaned everything ourselves; even the dishes were dirty. The laundry was left on the balcony. The smell was terrible, unpleasant, and dirty. There wasn't even drinking water in the apartment, and very little toilet paper. We had to change the sheets ourselves. We were charged 70 euro for cleaning and I think we left it more clean than it was when we came 😅 When I sent message about it I got an answer day later to do pictures. We thought that was hilarious 😂 We came in the middle of the night and there wasn't even one bottle of water, and I won't even mention about toilet paper. It's looks like no one cares about that place with dead plant on balcony. That plant says more than words. If you don't mind bad smell and very dirty floors go ahead. Good luck 🤞.

😢: Small apartment, the balcony was not available having sheets to be dried, very thin walls, you can hear any noise, beds not confortable, kitchen window couldn’t be closed, dirty windows and microwave.

😊: Spacious and well-equipped apartment — a solid choice for a week-long family stay. We had everything we needed. Convenient location, around 25 minutes on foot to the Old Port.. 😢: The host was quite unresponsive. Wi-Fi didn’t work upon arrival, and it took over 5 hours, several calls, and many messages to get it fixed. The apartment needed a proper cleaning — leftover items from previous guests were found in the fridge, washing machine, and even on the floor. Given the troubled neighborhood, parking should be included in the price — street parking felt unsafe..

Exceptional<br>#128578; Amazing appartment very well located. Central place on the famous boulevards that take you straight to a big commercial center view on the sea, the Museum, Vieux port and all nice restaurants and the must.. at walking distance. The area is very safe , clean, all transportation around ( bus , trams, train station). Parking secured is really a plus. Everything was ready for us, the host provided coffee, biscuits and other things that made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. He checked in with us, he was really helpful.
