It is an older building with a new renovated cozy apartment, good soundproof walls, comfortable bed with a good orthopedic madras. There is a well equipped kitchen , and even coffee machine. Lovely place!<br>#128578; Very clean apartment situated very central in Nice - close to the restaurant, main railway station and 10 min to the sea, so it was easy to go to Monaco and Cannes. The bed was very comfortable as well . The apartment is full of beautiful details and the owner was very helpful with all info we asked for . I will come back for sure!
