😊: Very nice studio located 10 mins from beach and public transport. Clean and well equipped. With beautiful view. Communication with owner was smooth and easy. Surely place to stay in Nice for my next vacation. Highly recommend it..

😊: The apartment is in a great location, with free street parking nearby. It is nicely furnished and equipped with all the necessary and listed items.. 😢: I would suggest installing an air conditioner, as the portable AC is very noisy and doesn’t have a proper outlet for the hot air..

Everything is working and clean, the apartment is located close to public transport so it is easy to move from area to area and you can also see the sea from the window.
