😊: The location itself was excellent and made it easy to explore the area, and we appreciated the cleanliness of the flat on arrival. The clothes airer was also a thoughtful addition and very convenient during our stay.. 😢: However, there were several issues that impacted our experience. Communication prior to check-in was lacking, and we were not made aware in advance that we would need to walk to a completely different location to collect and drop off the keys. In addition, the location provided through Google Maps directed us to the wrong place, which made arrival more stressful than it needed to be. It is also important to note the apartment is located up a 2 steep staircases through a wooden door with no sign. This may make it difficult if guest have large luggage or reduced mobility. Within the apartment, some of the glasses in the kitchen were cracked and not properly clean. We also had to put the duvet cover on ourselves, which is not something we would expect from an Airbnb stay. The temperature in the flat was difficult to manage, fluctuating between being very hot and very cold. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work during our visit, and the shower drainage in the bathroom was poor, causing the shower to flood while in use..

😊: Very central. Clean Quiet. 😢: Wi-Fi was very poor to non existent.

😊: Daughter loved it as her single apartment.. 😢: A 63 year should not be sleeping on a loft floor mattress. Entrance looked rather creepy going down a corridor..
