😊: Location of the property. 😢: Floor noise while walking. Maybe a couple of more carpet will be good.

😊: Location is great. 😢: Lack of hand soap and shower gel. Not enough toilet paper. Noisy 3rd floor neighbour during the night: due to the wooden flooring, any movement meant a cracking noise but it seemed they were jumping at midnight, 1am every night and it felt they would come though the ceiling..

Great location, easy to get in and up the stair case. Nice apartment, foldable bunk beds worked out. Cleaning lady was super pissed at 9:56am that she couldn't get in as we were already packed up and leaving at 10:00am sharp. That was really strange and rude but aside from that, the apartment was nice.

😊: Clean Good location Good price Easy to access. 😢: There was no hand soap There was no toilet papers The bars below it make noise until 2 am The hot water is not enough to shower more than 3 persons in a row.

We lacked nothing in this clean property in an amazing location and especially appreciated the washing machine and private patio for washing and drying laundry. Two things to note: there were a lot of extra sheets and towels, which took up excess storage space, and the "kids" room has typical French doors opening out to a window overlooking the street, which may not be good for young children.

Brilliant holiday.<br>#128578; Great location for stay in Annecy which made it possible to get around easily by bus and bike including travel to/from Geneva Airport and all holiday activities.<br>#128577; There was no instructions for how things worked (especially the hot water) and the advice from the property company seemed like they didn't even know the layout of the flat. The plug the TV box was attached to didn't actually work so it took two days to work out why the free TV remote didnt work.
