The stay was fantastic and there is nothing really more to say. The house itself is great and exceptionally well appointed throughout and in particualar the kitchen makes it easy to cater for everyone. In addition, things like the upstairs balcony are great in the evening for a sundowner sat in the deckchairs. The area itself is good being close to Les Issembres as well as Saint Maxime. What made the place for us was the outdoors area and the ability to sit out by the pool as well as in the shade. A perfect place with stunning views.

We were contacted by Beatriz our host several days before arrival with information for the area, which was super helpful in our preparations. On the day of arrival we were greeted by Thierry at the property, who showed us around, & despite a small language barrier, we found everything we could possibly want very easily - he was so friendly & helpful.Whilst Beatriz was not in the area during our stay, she was always on call by WhatsApp & could not have been more helpful, even just making sure that we felt at home - which we did at all times. The property catered for more than enough people (there were 10 of us) & excessive crockery / cutlery / glasses (plastic for by the pool) made the stay a complete delight as we never ran out.The linen & towels were plentiful, with separate bathroom & pool/beach towels provided. The pool & BBQ were just perfect combo against a wonderful view looking down the mountain to the coast. We are quite familiar with Provence, but not this exact area - the local town is a little quieter than the busy Frejus etc., but has some lovely restaurants & easy parking. St Maxime is only a short drive away offering more shops & restaurants as well as a fast 20 minute ferry ride to St Tropez, where went for lunch one day. Overall this villa was superb & exceeded expectations, as did our host Beatriz, who could not have been more warm & welcoming for the entire duration of the stay. A lovely Villa with beautiful views over the Gulf of St Tropez. Plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy meals in the outside space overlooking the pool prepared in the modern kitchen. Air conditioning throughout was a blessing when the temperature outside was 40 degrees C +! Just a 5 minute drive to the seaside town of Les Issambres with shops, restaurants and even a regular ferry to St Tropez. A lovely villa in a wonderful part of the world!

We have stayed two weeks in this lovely house had we had a really good time. You never get tired of the view. Perfect temperature in the pool. Well equiped kitchen. Fast and excellent service from the house host.

We enjoyed the spacious house, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful seaside view. Place is very quiet and we enjoyed the privacy of the garden and pool. Access to parking might be difficult for sportscars or XL SUV. Was ok for VW and Mercedes Van.

The villa was very clean and had everything you would need for a holiday with a large group - a real home from home! Accommodation suited us well - we were 8 adults and 3 teenagers. Location is great and the views were spectacular. The host was available for any questions prior to the holiday and the property manager was available if required throughout the stay (he was not required because all was good!).

There were cameras everywhere, even in the bedroom. When the property was handed over, it was unsanitary and dirty. We had to buy cleaning utensils, clean the bathrooms, kitchen and garden ourselfs for over two hours. Problems with the kitchen sink occurred on the second day. Water leaked from the sink. The on-site manager repaired the smelly sewers all Sunday afternoon. 2 entire days form our 7 day vacation were lost. We were able to prove everything with photos. Still no willingness from the host to reduce rent. Location and view of the house were very good.
