Paris 14eme - Trés bel Appartement design nouvellement décoré .

3rd floor apartment in the 14th arrondissement, close to subway and restaurants. The apartment is small but well equipped with tasteful furnishings. We were there on a 91 degree day and the apartment was quite comfortable for sleeping. The owners provided thorough instructions, directions and suggestions of places to shop and eat. Altogether, a delightful stay in Paris. Thank you Anne Sophie and Olivier!

Unser Aufenthalt war schön, die Wohnung hell, gemütlich und freundliche Ausstrahlung, die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und sehr gute Kommunikation. Das Bad ist sehr klein und sehr beengt. Für korpulente Menschen und große Menschen ist es nicht sehr gut geeignet. Ein Tipp an die Gastgeberin - es ist, wenn eine Nespresso Maschine vorhanden ist sehr einladend, wenn als Begrüßung ein paar vorhanden sind. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt!

Wir konnten eine tolle Woche in Paris verbringen. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns super, wir konnten von dort aus ganz Paris erkunden und viele der Sehenswürdigkeiten ohne oder nur mit einem Metro-Umstieg erreichen. Die direkte Umgebung der Wohnung war in Ordnung, wenn auch manchmal etwas lauter. Das hat uns aber nicht sehr gestört. Supermärkte, Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht weit entfernt. It is smaller than what we are used to in the states but very comfortable and cozy. The owners are very communicative and make sure you have everything you need.

It is a nice flat. It is nicely decorated and have all the bits and bobs one needs for a comfortable stay. We spent 5 nights there. The metro station Pernety is within 5 min walk which made getting around Paris very easy. The main street has a couple of well-stocked supermarkets, some corner shops, cafes with terraces, butchers and bakeries. But it feels like an understated, actually quite modest neighbourhood, mixed, but it has a good vibe. We felt well there. Playground next to the flat if you have a child. The flat has a good-size open plan kitchen with a sitting area and a bedroom. The shower was very good but the bathroom was miniuscule. We struggled a bit woth this bathroom.The bedroom was overlooking a courtyard and was quiet. Good bed. The sitting room gives onto a street which got rather noisy at night with some people partying outside. One of our family was sleeping in the sitting room and this noise was a real nuisance. The nespresso machine was broken. 3rd floor and no lift but it is really manageable.
