Pet Friendly Beautiful Loft Studio in Nice Center

We had a wonderful stay at Malin and Jonas' apt. Fabulous location near everything, a block from the beach, and so clean and well layed out. Our hosts were very kind and great communicators. We loved sitting on the private deck when we were in. Thank you so much!

Stayed here whilst competing in the Ironman champs, myself, wife and our 20YO son. Its a cosy apartment but still fit 3 of us, bike, bike box and has just has everything you need and the location is brilliant. If you struggle with stairs it is not for you but otherwise we couldn't recommend it highly enough and our host was brilliant.

The place was just as described! Excellent location and very convenient. Melin was SO kind and flexible with us….even after we locked ourselves out. We had a really good experience at this property.

The apartment was really clean with all necessary facilities. The location could not be better. You can even see a small bit of the sea from the balcony. Lots of bars and restaurants near by.

Incredible location. Smaller space but enough room for a small family. Transportation options easy and the area is made for walking. Food and entertainment all around. Awesome patio to sit out and take it all in. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. Great stay!

Has a great stay, very nice host. Close to the action, has a Great balcony and AC kept us cool. Beach towels were included to use. Definately recommend!

A beautiful studio in a perfect location. From my first enquiry to departure, Malin was a great host. Super helpful and always responded quickly. The studio was exactly as it is described and my daughter and I loved it especially the balcony in morning and early evening.

It was fantastic to stay in the beautiful loft studio. Right in the centre of Nice just 200m from Promenade Anglais - you can see the beach from the balcony. Malin and Jonas were amazing hosts providing welcome drinks and snacks and helping with the luggage both on arrival and departure. Highly recommend this studio for a couple wishing to experience Nice.
