Petit coin de verdure au cœur de ville

From the time we looked at booking many months ago, the whole process has been so easy and Evelyne was sensational with her speedy replies, helpfulness and easy to understand preparations for our stay. Thank you so much Evelyne for the space - exactly like the pictures in the listing with every modern convenience, plenty of space and easy conversations. Everything worked!!!! Thankyou!! Can’t wait to stay here again, and we loved the Artwork!

This was a very pleasant flat in a quiet area with a lovely eating area for two outside. It was well stocked and the air con (much needed) worked brilliantly. Any difficulties we had contacting the hosts was entirely due to Vrbo. The area was short on food shops and we would not describe it as in the centre of Annecy.

The apartment in Annecy was perfect. The location is convenient - about a 10 minute walk to the old town centre. The apartment is very well equipped especially the kitchen which made self catering very easy. The garden is amazing - even better than the photos and was perfect for an evening drink in the sun. Communication with Evelyn was very easy and she even arranged for a parking pass for us which meant we could park in front of the house for free. We also had use of the washing machine in the basement which was very useful. Lovely boulangerie was round the corner. Thank you Evelyn for a great stay. Annecy is a great place to visit. Thoroughly recommended!

Wonderful, quiet neighborhood (until Friday night - got a little rowdy outside). Close enough to walk to everything, but far enough away to be peaceful. Spacious apartment, well equipped. My only suggestions would be to have a few different kinds of pillows to choose from (I personally don't like the down ones you have to stuff under your head) and curtains. Just sheers is not enough for light control OR privacy, especially in the bedroom. The neighbors probably got an eyeful a time or two! We didn't even turn the light on in the bedroom for that reason. The bed was a little saggy but not terrible. Nice, new appliances in the kitchen and bathroom. A waste basket in the bedroom would be nice, but we made do. I would stay there again. The location is really perfect.

La maison d'Evelyne est un appartement flambant neuf, rénové avec goût, situé dans un quartier calme et paisible, derrière la gare et donc très proche du centre, qui se trouve à 10 minutes à pied. La maison est entièrement équipée et très propre, elle dispose d'un petit jardin à l'arrière où nous pouvions ranger nos vélos et, par beau temps, vous pouvez manger sur la petite table à l'extérieur. La communication avec Evelyne a toujours été claire et rapide via le site web, c'est une hôte très gentille et hospitalière (une bouteille de vin nous attendait dans le réfrigérateur en guise de bienvenue !) Elle nous a fourni une carte de parking pour laisser la voiture juste devant la maison. Hautement recommandé !

L’appartement est très bien situé car à 10mn du plein centre d’Annecy et accessible en voiture. L’appartement est très propre et bien équipé. Vous trouverez tous les ustensiles dont vous avez besoin. La propriétaire est très sympathique. Lorsque nous reviendrons sur Annecy nous reprendrons cette location.

Evelyn and Eric are terrific hosts and have a beautiful modern apartment with a garden, it's excellently located near the old town just 15 minutes easy walk to the centre
