Plein centre Annecy très joli 2 pièces avec parking

Apartment was lovely, had everything you would need. Secure parking was a bonus for us, max car height is 1.85m so be aware.Location is great, few mins walk from bus/train station and 5 mins of the lovely old town with the canals and so many restaurants and bars to choose from.Our visit co-insided with a hot spell of weather, there was no air-con but a fan was provided to try and help and windows can be fully opened as well.

The appartment was really nice, modern, clean and complete. Not too big, but perfect to stay with my friend to visit the beautiful town. It has a bedroom with double bed, and a kitchen/living room with a sofa-bed. The street can be a bit noisy at times, but the windows are isolated very well, so when closed you can block out any noise. Really close to the trainstation, and less than 5 minute walk to the old center, 10 minute walk to the park at the lake. Very friendly owner, communication via messages went smooth and everything was really clear. Would stay here again!

Annecy propose de multiples activités: marche dans les environs, vélo, visite de sites, marchés, vieille ville, activités nautiques ... C'est la 2ième fois que nous venons cette année dans cet appartement qui est confortable et bien situé à 5 mn de la vieille ville. Nous avons réservé à nouveau pour début octobre.

L'appartement est parfait et à 5 minutes à pied de la vieille ville où il est bon de flâner avec beaucoup de commerces et de restaurants. Le Lac est à 8 mn à pied. La voiture est garée sur la place de parking fermé à proximité. Nous y retournons dans 2 mois ...

Appartement chalereux et fonctionnel.Tres bien equipé,il reste qu' a poser les valises. Emplacement ideal pour des vacances sans voiture.

L'appartement est idéalement situé , proche de la gare, du centre ville et du lac . Les explications de Marie-Line pour situer l'appartement et profiter du parking étaient vraiment très claires .

We spent six nights here at the end of September and it was a great stay. The apartment was both beautifully decorated and highly functional. The location was ideal for everywhere we walked and drove. There was a washing machine and the nicest drying rack I’ve ever seen so we left with clean clothes. A great advantage of this apartment was that it came with a reserved parking place in a nearby gated parking lot. We were very satisfied with our stay and would stay there again.

Tout dans la location était parfait , depuis la réponse à la demande de location, à la procédure de départ extrêmement souple et facile. Un appartement très bien situé , disposant d'un emplacement de parking très proche (place de stationnement vraiment indispensable dans Annecy). Appartement très propre ,disposant de tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Des procédures d'arrivées très simples et bien expliquées. Des contacts faciles et des réponses rapides de la propriétaire. Que des compliments à faire . Merci à Marie Line.
