Pretty 2 rooms in the city center

😊: Central location, comfy beds and nice bathroom. Fans kept us cool, dishwasher and TV in working order.. 😢: There is no WIFI in this apartment. There is no router and the network in the manual does not exist. I contacted the manager, but he did not resolve this during our stay..

😊: It's a cute apartment right in the old center of Annecy. It's fully equipped with a kitchen and housed a family of 3 very easily. In the French Summer heat we especially appreciated the *very quiet* fans that kept us cool all night.. 😢: Some places in the apartment were not clean, e.g. we found a towel under the sofa bed and the dish washer smelled of old dishes when we opened it..

😊: Location was good, centre to all. 10/15 minite walk into the old town & a few bars & restaurants around the apartment. Large fridge inside the apartment, handy for storing food. Iron also avaible which we used often. The bed was comfortable & curtains made room dark enough we had a comfortable sleep.. 😢: Trying to access the apartment was very difficult Was buzzing intercom and being told door was now open however we could not access. Was stood around for 30 / 40 minutes before successful & only gained access when another tenant left us in thought the door. The apartment wasn't very clean & glasses placed back in the cupboard had cigarette ash in them! Mugs had dirty coffee still inside from another guest. Fans are broken so can't be tilted upwards only face the floor, it was 30 degrees Celsius when we visited so fans were paramount! Had used/ dirty things left from other guests such as old food items. Overall not great and not as good as the photographs! Could do with a revamp & freshen up!.

😊: Good location. 😢: Arrival process. I told the property when I would arrive, they agreed someone would be available to buzz me in. I arrived alone, no staff available. I rang the other flats for an hour (annoying all the neighbours) until one kindly buzzed me into the building. Other reviews have mentioned this - it is a real problem. The flat was also dirty, I had to sweep and clean when I arrived. Paying £1k for one week, this is not acceptable..
