😊: Honestly, nothing that could outweigh how unsafe and stressful the stay was. Any initial charm completely disappeared once water started leaking through a ceiling lamp and the host ignored us. It’s impossible to “like” a place where you’re afraid the ceiling might short-circuit during the night.. 😢: Unsafe apartment and unresponsive host – avoid at all costs We stayed here from Thursday to Sunday, and the experience was absolutely unacceptable. On the second night, water started leaking through a ceiling lamp, creating a clear risk of fire and electric shock. We called and messaged the host immediately — no one answered, and no help arrived that night or the next day. We were forced to stay because there were no hotels available nearby, spending two nights in unsafe conditions while water continued to drip from the ceiling. The host later replied with dismissive messages, ignoring the seriousness of the situation and instead trying to blame us for “cleaning issues” — which in reality were just two plates, a few glasses, and an empty bottle after we used the bin to catch the leaking water and prevent his apartment from flooding. The property is not properly maintained, not supervised, and clearly unsafe. There was zero follow-up, no apology, and no attempt at compensation beyond a symbolic amount (about 11% of the total cost). If you value your safety and sanity, do not book this apartment. It’s dangerous, mismanaged, and the host is unprofessional..
