Great apartment, modern, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Good wifi.Good location to visit St Malo and area. The host and agent were efficient and helpful. Good communication and helpful when we asked to change our arrival time at short notice.It was easy to park nearby and there were good restaurants within walking distance. Las Cebuanas across the street does great Philipino food. Nice short walk to lovely Sillon beach. Also near to the Intra Muros for a fantastic walk around the town ramparts.

L'appartement de Cynthia est très agréable. Il est extrêmement bien fourni en matériel, nous nous sentions comme à la maison et avec un enfant de deux ans c'est très appréciable ! Cynthia nous a même offert des petites attentions lors de notre arrivée et nous la remercions encore. L'appartement est idéalement situé entre la gare et intra-muros. Nous remercions encore Cynthia pour ce bel accueil!

C etait deja mon deuxieme sejour dans l' appartement de Cynthia a St. Malo! L' appart est tres bien situe pres de la Gare, de l Intra Muros et de la plage et se trouve dans un immeuble neuf et tres soigne. L appart meme est tres joli et agreable! Il offre vraiment tout ce qu' il faut et correspond entierement a la description. Le contact avec Cynthia est aussi tres agreable; elle repond toujours tres vite! Je m' excuse pour le manque d accents mais j' ecris avec un clavier allemand 😉

Bonjour, Nous avons été déçus par la couette qui n est pas assz grande, ainsi que la télé qui fonctionne mal l image est tres mauvaise , il faudrait le mode d utilisation du four Par contre l appartement était tres propre . Le 01/02/2022 Sylvie

Listed as max of 4 people but it was cozy for my wife and I. Could use some comfortable chairs (it had 2 beach chairs that were in the rooms - photos show one of them on the deck). Parking spot only fits subcompact - we parked on street because car didn't fit in the garage. The person that let us in didn't speak English so we didn't get directions on accessing wifi or using the microwave until we emailed owner (recommend having written directions in French and English; leave directions for microwave out in view). Since we don't have phone that works in Europe, it was very difficult to connect with her on arrival. But lots of positives about the place: very easy walk to train station, market, seashore and Old City. Nice little balcony for meals and drinks. Building is very quiet and clean. Room is clean with great electronic shades.

Great stay in this nice and cozy apartment. Full equiped kitchen with cooking facilities : microwaves, silent dishwashing, kettle, toaster, NESPRESSO coffee maker ... Very good location of the apartment close to the beach and the old town. And the neighborhood is safe and quiet. Highly recommend !
